The C08 face runs square from edge to edge. It reads as a clean band around the opening rather than a decorative moulding.

Hides the gap.
At 3 1/2″ wide it covers the joint where the door or window frame meets the drywall. The 8′ length runs a standard leg in one piece.

MDF takes colour.
A flat MDF face is the easiest surface to finish evenly. Paint it to match the wall, the door, or neither.
